Chamfering Machine This machine is installed off line in finishing zone as an auxiliary machine for chamfering pipe ends to shape required and size after pipe cut off by flame cutting device or other method.
- They divided into large diameter and small diameter type and single or multi-working position type.
- Heads fast move in and slowly approaching design.
- Head cutter can be adjustable for pipe end shape angles required.
Large Diameter Machine
Make up of Mainly divided into pipe charge/discharge table at beveling machine both side, main disc heads of beveling machine which set opposite, pipe supporting or holding devices etc.
The angle and profile be conform with API standard.
